All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with carrier tracking links when your order has officially shipped.

We offer Free Shipping on orders across the United States. To provide the best variety and value, our pet collections and inspirational jewelry lines are dispatched using highly secure tracking networks.

- US Islands & Military (APO/FPO): 10 to 18 Business Days — COST: FREE

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active within the carrier database.
If you haven’t received your tracking updates or if your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us via our Contact Page with your name and order number, and we will immediately investigate it for you.
