30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original retail packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, you can contact us through the communication channels listed on our official Contact Page. If your return is accepted, our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these instances, USA PET ViBES will expedite a replacement product or process a full correction at absolute zero cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (such as getting an alternative size of the All-Inclusive Dog Raincoat) is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Issuance

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your credit card company or bank to process and post the refund to your financial statement.

Our Charitable Promise Policy: Please note that because 30% of your purchase value has already been allocated or sent to provide vital meals to shelters and families in need, we absorb that cost entirely on our end when issuing you a refund. Your refund will always be issued for the full purchase value paid, ensuring your goodwill remains intact!
