Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why choose a dog collar with a built-in nameplate over hanging tags?
A: A built-in nameplate lies flat against the collar strap, making it 100% silent and eliminating the annoying jingling sound. It also removes the risk of traditional split-ring tags catching on fences or falling off.
Q: How do I ensure I order the right size for my dog?
A: Measure around the base of your dog’s neck using a soft measuring tape, leaving a comfortable two-finger gap. Compare your measurement to our size chart above (S: 27–40 cm, M: 30–45 cm, L: 37–55 cm).
Q: Will the custom laser engraving rust or wear off?
A: No. The nameplate is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and laser-etched deeply into the metal surface to ensure permanent visibility.
